These sessions will focus on sounding one chakra a week as we move from root to crown looking at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual connection of each of these energy centers. We will use the voice to strengthen these vital energy centers to experience the power of the voice to heal, transform, and induce higher states of consciousness. We will experience how the voice can help still the mind, quiet the body and bring the emotions to a place harmony and peace.

About Facilitator:

Milagros is a visual and vocal artist who uses her voice to create sacred spaces for healing and transformation. She has lectured at the Harvard Mind Body Institute, has served and Expert in Residence for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, Massachusetts Holistic Nurses Association, UMASS Medical systems, Michigan State University and many other organizations and institutions. She is a graduate of the Awakening Your Light Body Course, a Reiki Master/teacher and Certified Magnified Healing Practitioner. Milagros facilitates seminars nationally and internationally.
